President’s Reception Friday, June 13th, 2008 Time: 6pm to 9pm Location: Sugar Land Community Center Description: The theme is “Cajun Style” and will consist of a shrimp boil with grilled chicken for those non-seafood enthusiasts and a D.J. Sponsorship would include advertisement of your company at the reception and on our website, your companies logo embroidered on the conference briefcase with the annual conference logo. Sponsorship: $1,500.00

Hospitality Room Thursday –Saturday Open at the conclusion of the days events Sponsorship will include the advertisement of your company in the hospitality room during the conference. You may include handouts and any freebies you wish to display from your company. Sponsorship: $500.00
